New website

Highlighting occupational health, primary care

Nurse practitioner and student in UT Health Services lobby

UT Health Services has launched a completely redesigned website to improve the user experience for patients, occupational health partners, and UTHealth Houston employees.

The nurse-managed clinic is operated by Cizik School of Nursing at UTHealth Houston and provides occupational health services to employers throughout the Greater Houston area, employee health services to UTHealth Houston’s more than 14,000 employees, and primary care to individual patients.

The new site highlights each of these patient groups as well as the clinic’s travel medicine capabilities and telehealth options for established patients. Site visitors may also view a virtual tour of the clinic.

“The new site highlights what we do best – serve as a trusted workplace partner for our corporate and institutional clients and as a health care home for patients who come to us for convenient, high-quality primary care,” said Professor Leissa Roberts, DNP, CNM, FACNM, the associate dean for practice and community engagement at Cizik School of Nursing.

UT Health Services has served as a valuable resource to the university and the community since 1991. In addition to providing direct patient care, the clinic offers clinical education opportunities for health sciences students. Its nurse practitioners and physicians all are board certified and members of the American College of Occupational and Environmental Medicine.

UT Health Services is located on the first floor of the UT Professional (UTP) Building in the Texas Medical Center at 6410 Fannin, Suite 100. With entrances on Fannin and Main streets, the location offers easy access to Houston METRO rail (the Memorial Hermann/Houston Zoo station) and bus lines. Paid parking is available in an adjacent garage with valet services offered.

To make a primary health care appointment, complete this online form or call 713-500-3267.  Employers may learn more about occupational health contract services by calling 713-500-2117.
