Room schedules can be viewed through the Ad Astra website. For reservation procedures, see below.

Internal Reservation Procedures

Faculty and staff can reserve a classroom for academic, business or university-related events by sending an email request to sonrooms@uth.tmc.edu. Please include in the email:

  • The name and contact information of the person requesting the room or the main contact person if different from the person requesting the room.
  • Date the room is needed
  • Time the room is needed
  • Frequency of reservation, if applicable, (e.g. every Tuesday through December 5)
  • Purpose of the event
  • Anticipated audience size
  • Specific classroom technology needs, (e.g. guest speaker might need assistance, conference call to New York)

An email response will be sent indicating whether your request could be met or not and whether additional information is needed. If we are able to fulfill your request, the confirmation will specify room, date, and time as well as specific technology needs addressed.

External Reservations

For reservations originating from UT Health groups outside of the School of Nursing, and for events with non-UT Health Guests, please complete the School of Nursing Event Reservation Form.
