Cizik School of Nursing at UTHealth is offering two live, interactive webinars this summer to help nurses enhance their skills and meet licensure requirements while observing COVID-19 precautions.

“Our online sessions provide a convenient and economical option for earning continuing nursing education credits, especially for nurses who work in small practices or who have been furloughed because of the pandemic,” said Associate Dean of Professional Development and Faculty Affairs Debra Fowler, PhD, MBA, RN, CNE, NEA-BC, BCC. “In addition to the courses scheduled for June and July, Cizik will provide expanded CE options throughout the 2020/2021 school year.”

The currently scheduled webinars each provide one contact hour of continuing nursing education credit.
