The Division of Cancer Prevention and Population Sciences invites you to attend Cancer Prevention & Control Grand Rounds

Speaker: Chao Cheng, PhD, Associate Professor, Department of Medicine Dan L. Duncan Comprehensive Cancer Center Institute for Clinical and Translational Research Baylor College of Medicine

Learning Objectives:

  1. Articulate research findings as they relate to cancer prevention.
  2. Recognize and reduce barriers to prevention resulting in increased uptake by patients, providers, and communities.
  3. Stimulate potential collaborations and discussions among clinicians, researchers, and study participants to improve cancer prevention and control efforts.
  4. Implement new research projects, adaptations to ongoing research projects or changes in practice to improve prevention care.

In support of improving patient care, The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center, is jointly accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME), the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE), and the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), to provide continuing education for the healthcare team.
