Faith A Strunk, PhD, RN, FNP-BC
Dr. Strunk also is an Advanced Practice Nurse in the Department of Breast Medical Oncology at The University of Texas M.D. Anderson Cancer Center. She has worked in the field of breast cancer since 2004 and has presented at regional, national and international conferences. Her research focuses on symptoms in breast cancer survivors. As a veteran of the Army Nurse Corps, she also has an interest in veteran’s and military family issues.
Strunk received her BSN from Arizona State University, her MSN as a Family Nurse Practitioner from the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill through the Army Nurse Corps. In 2013, she received her doctoral degree from UTHealth School of Nursing as the UT M.D. Anderson Cancer Center Scholar in the Accelerated PhD Program that started in fall 2010. She is an Advanced Oncology Certified Nurse Practitioner.
