Jennifer Dugger, RN, MSN, CHSE, has always had a passion for education. She taught high school biology and chemistry before deciding to attend nursing school. After practicing medical-surgical nursing at the bedside, she returned to school once again to earn her masters in nursing education. Soon after graduation, she began working at Cizik School of Nursing as a simulation educator where she earned her Certified Healthcare Simulation Educator (CHSE) designation. She transitioned to the role of undergraduate instructor in January 2022. Jennifer is currently a PhD student at Texas Woman’s University. Her educational interests include developing and facilitating high fidelity nursing simulations and teaching students at the bedside during their clinical rotations.
