- Overview: This project seeks to inform and advance transformative systems change in nursing academia through a leadership development series that enhances self-awareness, communication, and evidence-based leadership practices by applying the Enneagram. Participants will evaluate personality characteristics, behavioral patterns, and communication styles to strengthen leadership effectiveness, collaboration, and supportive team cultures.
