• Overview: WE HAIL aims to improve geriatric health outcomes by expanding geriatric health education and training for individuals and organizations who do or will care for older adults.  WE HAIL works with many different partners, including professional schools and training programs, community agencies, and healthcare organizations, to provide programs for older adults and caregivers; undergraduate and graduate health professions students; health professions faculty; medical students and residents; and practicing health care professionals and interdisciplinary health care teams in primary care, nursing homes, correctional facilities, and emergency response.
